I've downloaded Safely Family Utility, but the website still says it isn't installed. What should I do?

You may have to restart your phone after installing Safely Family Utility.

To restart your phone, hold down the power button. You may need to tap a box that says power off on your screen. Once the phone is off, press the power button again to turn it back on.

After installation, you must open the app to get it started. Once started, Safely Family Utility runs in the background and you can close the application on your phone.

If restarting the phone doesn't fix the issue, go to the Android Market and search for Safely Family Utility or follow this link on the phone you would like to activate for Sprint Mobile Controls. If you're still having trouble, please contact Sprint Customer Care at 1-888-211-4727.
