How do I change the email where I receive Alerts?

To change the email where you receive Alerts:

  1. Login to your account at http://mobilecontrols.sprint.com/signIn.htm.
  2. Click on the phone you would like to view in the list of phones on the left side of the screen.
  3. That phone's list entry will expand. Click on the link labeled Alerts.
  4. A history of Alerts for that phone will appear.
  5. Notice the tab labeled Alert Settings near the top of the page. Click on it.
  6. A list of Alert types will appear.
  7. Your email address will be displayed near the top of the page. Click the edit link next to your email address.
  8. A pop-up will appear. Enter your new email address and click the Save Changes button. You will now receive email notifications at your new email address.
