How do I add additional phones to my account?

To add additional phones to your account:

  1. Login to your account at http://mobilecontrols.sprint.com/signIn.htm.
  2. Click the Add a Family Member button on the left side of the page.
  3. You will be directed to the Activate More Phones page.
  4. Click on the Activate button next to the phone you would like to add to Sprint Mobile Controls.
  5. A pop-up will appear. Follow the link in that text message and tap I agree on the next screen to finish connecting that phone to your account.

Note: If the phone you are trying to add does not receive that text message, you can re-send it.

To re-send the activation text message:

  1. Login to your account at http://mobilecontrols.sprint.com/signIn.htm.
  2. Click on the phone you would like to activate in the list of phones on the left side of the screen.
  3. A banner will appear at the top of the screen. Click the button that says Request Consent.
  4. The activation text message will be re-sent to that phone. Follow the link in that text message and tap I agree on the next screen to finish connecting that phone to your account.

Note: You will receive a 30-day free trial for each phone you add to your account. After 30-days, you will be charged $4.99 per month for each new phone added to your account.
