I signed up or added a new phone to my account, but it says I still need to complete activation. What does this mean?

There are a couple of different issues that may cause this problem. For more information:

  1. Login to your account at http://mobilecontrols.sprint.com/signIn.htm.
  2. Click on the phone you would like to view in the list of phones on the left side of the screen.
  3. A new page will open on the right side of the screen. There will be a banner at the top of that page explaining why your phone is having trouble. Follow the instructions in the banner to complete activating your phone.
